As a Sonder Retail Associates candidate, you can expect to be thoroughly briefed and offered a comprehensive insight into all areas of our client, not just an ‘about us’ taken from the client’s website, but an in-depth look at the whole organisation.

We select and assess candidates based on professional experience, as well as cultural and aspirational fit. We measure behavioural attributes and will ask you to engage with some pretty exciting tools. Our job is to ensure that the position you apply for is right for you, meeting your aspirations, just as important as it is for us to deliver them to our client.

We hire right first time, so you can be confident your interests are paramount.

We have a sophisticated approach to candidate assessment. There will of course be telephone calls and Skype interviews, enabling us to really get to know you. But additionally, we introduce components such as video interviews, key competency questions, psychometric testing and other elements to our selection phase. This gives you, our candidate, the opportunity to present yourself at your best to our client, offering you the chance to have a voice and a chance to demonstrate why they should see you and potentially hire you, as opposed to someone else.

We have invested heavily in technology that brings the candidate assessment and selection process into one streamlined and easily managed location, enabling multiple stakeholders to engage and evaluate candidates in one place, wherever they may be in the world.
